Milestones Therapeutic Associates is a therapist-owned and operated clinic located in beautiful, tropical southern Texas. Our intensive therapy program has proven successful for a wide variety of children with a range of conditions. In addition to including the Universal Exercise Unit and Therasuit, our intensive program encompasses intervention by a complete team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists. Our intensive program engages the patient and their family through provisions of a comprehensive baseline assessment to determine functional goals achievable by the end of the program.

The team is skilled in provision of a wide variety of techniques including CranioSacral therapy, Kinesiotaping, Neurodevelopmental Treatment, Sensory Integration, Beckman/PROMPT oral motor training, Aquatics, VitalStim electrical stimulation and various Therapeutic Listening programs. Our philosophy of treating the whole child allows us to individualize treatment plans to enhance each patient's functional outcome. We are able to confer among our large treatment staff to offer an excellent combination of intervention services to meet the child's needs. Our new 11,000 square foot clinic offers a calm, spacious, comfortable environment in which your family may feel at home.
