Movement Discoveries is a pediatric therapy center that offers traditional and specialized therapies for children.

We are Northern California's leading provider of intensive physical therapy program for children with Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Developmental Delays, Spinal Cord Injuries, Genetic Disorders, Coordination and Balance Disorders.

We offer physical therapy services for the management of conditions such as torticollis, scoliosis, pre- and post- surgical interventions such as Botox, osteotomy, tendon lengthening, spinal fusion, and selective dorsal rhizotomy.

Our mission is to help children with neuromuscular disorders achieve greater independence by providing comprehensive and effective therapy programs.
